2. Brew your organic black tea: Following the instructions provided, steep organic black tea in hot water. Allow the tea to cool completely before proceeding.

3. Dissolve organic cane sugar: Add organic cane sugar to the cooled tea and stir until fully dissolved. This sugar will serve as the nourishment for your SCOBY during the fermentation process.

4. Introduce the SCOBY: Gently place the SCOBY into the sweetened tea mixture. Ensure your hands and workspace are clean to avoid contamination.

5. Cover and ferment: Use a breathable cloth to cover the brewing vessel, ensuring proper airflow while keeping out dust and insects. Find a warm and undisturbed spot away from direct sunlight to place the vessel for fermentation.
